Interestingly it appears there is no kernel driver loaded for the Nvidia card. So either something has forced it into safe graphics mode (doesn't look like it) or the Nvidia driver is not working.
Please try: sudo apt install --reinstall nvidia-driver-460 nvidia-dkms-460 Any errors?
