Public bug reported:
#1 Create a guest

uvt-kvm create --password=ubuntu testguest-f release=focal arch=amd64
label=daily
#2 Re-install libvirt-daemon-system (and track times to log info)
date +'%F %T'; sleep 2s; pidof qemu-system-x86_64; sudo apt install
--reinstall $(dpkg -l 'libvirt*'|awk '/^ii / {print $2}'); sleep 2s;
pidof qemu-system-x86_64; systemctl status libvirt-guests.service; date
+'%F %T'
All throughout Bionic, Focal, Hirsute, Impish do not show a problem in a
clean environment.
But I thought I saw it on my Laptop on a mass update.
And I can reproduce this on my laptop using the server-backports [1].
In a clean environment Focal+server-backports it does happen as well,
so there is some unexpected interaction there with the services as in
hirsute (which is where it is backported form atm) and Focal.
Attaching a few log files and then I need to have a look.
