=> they share the same libvirt code as backports is currently a rebuild of
what
is in hirsute, the difference is systemd and anything else in the base
system

libvirt-focal-backports-restarts-on-upgrade-repro.txt:
=> They share the same base system and therefore only the content of the
libvirt packages differ here.
