Same here. Freeze after resume on my Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 3, model 21CFCTO1WW.
Additionally, with this 6.8.0-x kernel, I can no longer boot without my LID open and just use the docking station monitors. It boots, docking station is working (both displays are working) - I can enter my decryption password and after that it just continues to boot and goes straight into suspend mode. 6.5.x does not show this strange behavior.
