Yes, I am confirming that I downloaded the 24.04 LTS iso from the website, imaged it to a USB, and booted from it. When booting from the USB, the ubuntu installer opens by default. I closed the installer, which drops you into the live USB Ubuntu environment.
I clicked suspend from the power menu in the top right, and the laptop suspended without issue. I woke the laptop, and the laptop woke without issue. I continued to use the laptop for 5-10 minutes, and it did not freeze. Freezing from the installed version I have on my laptop now happens withing approx 1 min. I am happy to boot from the live USB and run commands to get any version numbers or data you you need. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2076048 Title: My system freezes after waking from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2076048/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
