Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
The audio in my headphones is very low and distorted at startup. When I unplug
and plug them back into the jack, the sound returns to normal. I'm using an
external HDMI monitor, and initially, I thought it was a default issue with
PulseAudio, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I believe this started
happening after I updated the kernel, but I'm not 100% sure.
