+ However why was internet used; I don't recall (didn't intend anyway)

+ I suspect that DNS stopped working part way thru install (I added
+ 8.8.8.8 to /etc/resolv.conf so I could file this report); no idea as to
+ why.. BUT I didn't expect internet to be used; as my intention was
+ normal install, no optional snap packages and no updates

+ (I am tired; so maybe settings were made different to intention in
+ calamares install options; but no idea why internet is flaky; tv besides
+ this machine is happy streaming from web)
