In jammy we don't have gnome-control-center >= 1:46.3-0ubuntu0.24.04.1:

Jammy proposed has:
gnome-control-center | 1:41.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.9 | jammy-proposed
That version of gnome-control-center doesn't even depend on malcontent,
build-dep or dep. Is the mechanism of using malcontent in jammy
different, and does not rely on gnome-control-center? Could someone
please clarify?
