** Description changed:

  [SRU Justification]

  [Impact]

  New upstream release. For Oracular, we need it to load -94 FW API
  firmware in linux-oem-6.11 kernel.
+
+ Also, need this to make Oracular kernel in next SRU be buildable as
+ there is upstream stable update based on v6.11.6 that will break it.
+

  [Fix]

  Upstream branch release core91 in
  https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/iwlwifi/backport-
  iwlwifi.git/log/?h=release/core91

  [Test Case]

  So far there is no official v6.12 kernel available, but one may install
experimental linux-unstable/plucky kernels from
https://launchpad.net/~canonical-hwe-team/+archive/ubuntu/experimental-unstable.
 With that install backport-iwlwifi-dkms from -proposed pocket, and issue:
  ```
  $ sudo dkms install backport-iwlwifi/0~91.12629-gite112ecce -k $(uname -r)
  $ sudo dkms status
  ```
  The installation should complete successfully.

  Install firmware from bug 2085547. With -94 FW depending hardware such as
Intel(R) Wi-Fi 7 BE201 installed, the iwlwifi device should be up and running.
  ```
  $ ip a
  ... # should gives basic info of the wlan interface
  $ nmtui # Use nmtui to connect wireless stations
  ```

  [Where problems could occur]

  While this is an initial packaging of Intel backport-iwlwifi core91
  release, expect further issues/updates when necessary.

  [Other Info]

  New release, nominate for Plucky. While this is also needed by oem-6.11
  for oem projects as a short term solution, nominate for Oracular as
  well.
