Preciso de uma Judá concreta em relação a isso , pois não veio da minha parte a ação , sim em uma falha grave no operacional, não entendo muito de programa operacional tenho Ubuntu há 20 anos, minha licença e PRO, o mínimo que espero é a intervenção diretamente da equipe para resgatar minha máquina.
