I develop both 32 and 64bit x86 application on Ubuntu. Mainly I work towards embedded system and cross compile. High level code can be tested on Linux more efficiently than through a complicated process of flashing and uploading code to embedded platform or simulator/emulator. Its just very very nice to run 32bit code :)
Note I want to install libsdl2-dev:i386 not 1.2 although 1.2 has the same problem. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2104920 Title: Installing libsdl2-dev:i386 purges important system files To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libsdl2/+bug/2104920/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
