Also attaching my /var/log/apt/term.log. You can see the linux-
image-6.8.0-57-generic install happening. At the end you see linux-
modules-extra-6.8.0-57-generic getting installed, I assume that's from
me doing it manually in the previous comment.

I noticed I have systemd-boot installed, I think maybe I did that so I
could use it in QEMU guests or something. I wonder if that's messing the
packaging system up. (My system still boots via GRUB AFAIK).
