I just notied that the case #5 has a versionless Provides, and here (and in noble, and in questing), we have it with: Breaks: u-boot-amlogic (<= 2024.01+dfsg-3) Replaces: u-boot-amlogic (<= 2024.01+dfsg-3) +Provides: u-boot-amlogic (= 2024.01+dfsg-3) This is something I missed in previous reviews. Talking to @waveform on matrix, it's not wrong to add a version, and it's a case mentioned in https://wiki.debian.org/RenamingPackages ** Changed in: u-boot (Ubuntu Plucky) Status: Triaged => Fix Committed ** Tags added: verification-needed verification-needed-plucky -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2119049 Title: [SRU] Handle rename of u-boot-amlogic as part of noble backport To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/u-boot/+bug/2119049/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
