Looking at the NM version in the logs, I'm assuming you were running Noble.
Could you try with a Plucky live system, or even the Questing beta (which
should come out in a couple of days)?
Also, could you confirm the timestamps you mentioned in comment 23? I
don't find anything around 20:12:14.
I think you'd have better luck directly reporting the issue upstream,
though.
