Here is the requested output:

LnkCap2:  Supported Link Speeds: 2.5-32GT/s, Crosslink- Retimer+ 2Retimers+ DRS-

So the GPU clearly supports PCIe Gen5 x16 (32 GT/s). However, as shown before, 
`LnkSta` reports the link is always running at Gen1 (2.5 GT/s) on Ubuntu 24.04 
with nvidia-driver-580-open, even if BIOS is forced to Gen4.

On Windows 11 with GPU-Z, the card correctly runs at PCIe Gen5 x16.
