There seems to be a mismatch in the dependencies requested. However, the
packaged installed without issues on my test system so this is
confusing. If you take a look at the package information for
python3-venv, the version noble shipped with depends on python3
3.12.3-0ubuntu1 [1], but the one in noble-updates need python3
3.12.3-0ubuntu2 [2]. But these should follow each other with matching
version numbers.

Could you please run `sudo apt update` to refresh package lists and if
the problem persists please post the output of `apt policy python3-venv
python3`
