You have to capture the previous failed suspend log by "journalctl -k -b -1", 
not "journalctl -k -b 1"
Add more kernel cmdline before capturing the logs "initcall_debug 
pm_debug_messages no_console_suspend log_buf_len=16M"

You may try adding "nomodeset" to the kernel cmdline to see if it's a
issue from nvidia driver.
