Public bug reported:

For working with Ubuntu I'm depended on sticky keys to work properly as
I am not able to use both hands.

I have enabled sticky keys through accessibility options
single pressing shift works but is sticky for an extra letter. Pressing shift
gives two capitals instead of one.
Double pressing shift does nothing while it should enable caps lock.
Randomly the shift or control key is not deactivated properly and I have to
reboot to have it working properly again.
Randomly slow keys or any of the other accessibility options is enabled.
