*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 2127039 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2127039
I have noticed that this bug somewhat differs from bug 2127039. This bug
highlights extra issues:
1) Randomly the shift or control key is not deactivated properly and I
have to reboot to have it working properly again.
2) Randomly slow keys or any of the other accessibility options is
enabled.
I believe I have noticed these under the new mutter 49.0-2ubuntu5.1
build as well (so not a SRU regression).
(1) seems to be tied to specific app instances. For example, I could
get a previously latched Ctrl stuck down in Firefox mozilla deb where
clicking links would always open new tabs. Pressing and releasing Ctrl
multiple times did not help, but closing and reopening Firefox fixed
this behavior.
(2) occurred in the observation of (1) as the on-screen keyboard
randomly turned on.
