Am I wrong in thinking that every single new Ubuntu Family (Mint etc) user, with AMD, currently gets a black screen on install after their initial update? Won't this cost us new users? Seeing as this is confirmed; Shouldn't this package be pulled immediately? I don't know how these things work, but there must be some path to address the issue so we don't lose new users. It's a critical time with a gazzlion Win10 users all looking for a new OS....
