docker-compose-v2 was a demand for a while and is due to backports
available in focal onwards.

You seem to have installed that from the Ubuntu archive, but at the same
time also the docker community edition from a third party repository.

They provide the same functionality, you'll need to decide which one to keep 
and which to remove.
Both at the same time conflict as they want to own the very same files on disk 
- that is the error you see.
