If the gpu-2404 is connected as it should,

I think this is be simply
https://github.com/canonical/mesa-2404/issues/62, given the stderr line:

  vaInitialize failed: unknown libva error

I don't have Nvidia hardware to test though.

For now, I suppose passing --disable-
features=VaapiVideoDecoder,VaapiVideoEncoder or, at worst, --disable-
gpu, would work around the problem.
