As this bug seems to relate to the Ubuntu system itself, I suspect that 
no particular package is involved, unless it's one relating to either 
the low-level drivers for this net card or a range of similar net cards, 
or mid to high level drivers for the networking system  itself.  
Whichever, I wouldn't know which, and the link given above doesn't seem 
relevant to determining a package for this problem.
