Could you please provide the exact package you're using this tool for?
I've tried it on several packages I'm working on (rust-hwlib, rust-
rav1e), and it seems like the stubbed crates are not included in the
script output.
It would also be helpful to know which Ubuntu release and dh-cargo
version you're using. I've verified it on Questing (25.10), and the
stubbed crates do not get included.
