Hi Nadzeya, thanks for your prompt response — I dug into this a bit more
and the problem was on my end! I was accidentally including a newline in
my lib.rs stubs, so the stub's lib.rs files technically weren't empty.
Therefore, dh-cargo-vendored-sources didn't recognize them as stubs.
dh-cargo-vendored-sources works great with crate stubs, apologies for
the inconvenience!
