When a window (tried Files, Terminal) is dragged to the top to maximize
and dragged down (from gnome-shell top bar) to unmaximize with
touchscreen, it may freeze the whole window manager, you may need to try
it for a few times to reproduce the issue.
This bug can be reproduced on 4.14.5+ds-0ubuntu0.6
