wine1.6 only builds a single arch:all binary package that has no
Provides. The package is wine-stable. I do not know why reverse-depends
is presenting other related packages.

$ reverse-depends wine-stable
Reverse-Depends
===============
* carla-bridge-wine32 [i386]
* carla-bridge-wine64 [amd64 amd64v3]

$ reverse-depends -b wine-stable
No reverse dependencies found

carla-bridge-wine64 and carla-bridge-wine32 both have
Depends: wine-development | wine-staging | wine-stable | wine

wine-development is not in Ubuntu but the binary package wine is.

Therefore, there are no remaining reverse depends that should block this
removal.
