I think it would help A LOT if someone has a way to contact Dell's development team. Dell's support doesn't help because they think it is not a faulty hardware (or at least their problem detection BIOS software doesn't point it as a faulty hardware). If someone has a way to contact the development team, I'd be glad to help debug it on my Inspiron 3530 running Debian testing.
