Next time I think I will buy a ThinkPad because more Linux users have it

I tested irqpoll for a while and it seems to work, but of course I have
to test much longer to confirm.

Right now I decided to move away from cpu0 all irq that were on it on my
machine, ie:

`echo 200 > /proc/irq/9/smp_affinity
echo 400 > /proc/irq/40/smp_affinity
echo 4 > /proc/irq/148/smp_affinity` 

and move irq1 to cpu0:
`echo 1 > /proc/irq/1/smp_affinity`

I will come back in a couple of days bringing hope or earlier if it
fails.
