Well, my Vostro 3520 i5 is certified by Ubuntu (https://ubuntu.com/certified/202112-29829/20.04%20LTS). And I bought it with pre-installed Ubuntu which I'm using now. That's why I do still questions for Ubuntu team regarding this.
