python-throttler (1.2.2-4ubuntu1) resolute; urgency=medium
* d/p/update-for-python-8.14-and-pytest-8.4.patch: add patch.
Update tests that use asyncio.gather to await the results instead of
using get_event_loop().run_until_complete(), and convert the test
functions to async functions.
Annotate the async functions with pytest.mark.asyncio and import
pytest-asyncio explicitly as required by pytest 8.4.0 and above.
