So, interestingly, LXD seems to disable the restrictions without any
user input, hence why it took some effort for me to replicate the issue.
This also implies that there is a non-insignificant number of Ubuntu
machines that do not have these restrictions enabled.
After testing with the restrictions re-enabled, I was able to replicate
the message, though functionality of the units themselves is unimpeded.
With that in mind, I'm half tempted to just keep it as is.
