Hey thanks for the inputs. I updated my BIOS to the newest available version and tried the mainline kernel build but the led is still not toggeling. I also found that the microphone mute key has a no working LED aswell (maybe its also related).
I could also manualy toggle the LED with hda-verb and using GPIO 1 as output: hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x01 SET_GPIO_DATA 0x02 and with value 0x00 to turn it off again.
