Public bug reported:

I have an Omen (by HP) Transcend Gaming Laptop 14-fb1.
The CPU is an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H (Arrow Lake).
I am using Kubuntu 25.10, with firmware-sof-signed 2025-05.1-1

The integrated sound is not working, due to (if I understand the logs
correctly) a missing firmware file:

I happened to notice that https://github.com/thesofproject/sof-bin/,
which I assume is the upstream of this package, has a 2025.12 release.
No idea if that will fix my issue, but is there any reason that this new
version has not been made available in ubuntu?
