The package LGTM.

Missing from https://documentation.ubuntu.com/project/how-ubuntu-is-
made/processes/new-packages/:

it is under.

We have the provenance, we need the license. I am including it in this
comment.

2 core-dev approvals (OK, athos and Andreas)

License information:

Most of the PHP code is licensed under The PHP License, version 3.01, as stated
by d/copyright.
The Zend engine is licensed under The Zend Engine License, Version 2.00
Several other files have specific licenses, composing a mix which includes
Expat, BSD and apache2 (see the d/copyright file for further information).

The only license issues should be around the PHP license itself, which
is discussed in https://ftp-master.debian.org/php-license.html
