The ppc64el removal seems to be much larger than expected. For example:

bin:libhsa-runtime64-1 (from src:rocr-runtime) -> libucx0 ->
libopenmpi40 -> explodes

Is this really what we want? Or am I mistaken in the above analysis?

$ reverse-depends -a ppc64el libhsa-runtime64-1
Reverse-Depends
===============
* libamdhip64-5
* libamdhip64-6
* libhsa-runtime-dev
* librccl1-tests

* rocminfo

$ reverse-depends -a ppc64el libucx0

* libucx-dev
* ucx-utils

$ reverse-depends -a ppc64el libopenmpi40 | wc -l
