* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2138533). Remaining changes:
- d/rules: set -D_FLAGS_SOURCE=3 to avoid FTBFS (LP #2136755).
- d/rules: set -O2 to avoid FTBFS in ppc64el (LP #2136757).
