This bug was fixed in the package pnm2ppa - 1.13+nondbs-0ubuntu11

---------------
pnm2ppa (1.13+nondbs-0ubuntu11) resolute; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian:
    - d/p/0006-gcc15.patch from Debian fixes LP: #2124995
  * Dropped Changes:
    - d/p/00_use_env_buildflags.patch:
      Add patch to build the make_hash_ink buildtool natively, with the correct
      buildflags; use dh-autoreconf to cope with the change. [Debian 843695]
        - autoreconf and autotools are run by default with `dh` calls since
debhelper 10.
    - d/rules: use dh-autoreconf to cope with the change from
      00_use_env_buildflags.patch [Debian 843695]
        - autoreconf and autotools are run by default with `dh` calls since
debhelper 10
    - d/p/99-examples_shbangs.patch: moved to
      0002-Make-sure-examples-have-shebangs.patch [Included in Debian]
    - d/p/99-pnm2ppa_manpage.patch: moved to
      0003-Fix-various-errors-in-the-pnm2ppa-manpage.path [Included in Debian]
    - d/p/10_177295-fix_signedness.patch: moved to
      0001-Fix-signedness-of-c.patch [Included in Debian]
    - d/p/99-remove-cpp-timestamps.patch: moved to
      0004-Drop-usage-of-__DATE__-and__TIME__-hindering-building.patch
[Included in Debian]
  * Remaining Changes:
    - This package is now absolutely identical
      with Debian's 1.13-14 except the upstream version number. The upstream
      version number got the "+nondbs" to replace the DBS tarball-in-tarball
      upstream source tarball by the straight tarball of Debian, to get rid
      of the DBS packaging and make future merges, syncs and upstream updates
      easier. We cannot wait for a new upstream version here, as upstream
      updates happen rarely, perhaps there will even never be a new upstream
      version especially because the class of printers supported by pnm2ppa
      was discontinued years ago. Packaging in Ubuntu is now a rebase on top
      of Debian + changelog entry keeping the +nondbs version string.
