Here is the current understanding of the issue:
- The issue is not architecture specific
- It happens on resolute-proposed (I cannot reproduce with resolute-devel)
however I cannot identify
  what is the faulty package

The issue is due to a parralel build of multiple Python extensions:
Bug reported : https://github.com/pypa/distutils/pull/393 (distutils of
setuptools)

however, It is unclear for me if that is a regression or not (why it happens
only on -proposed)

  difference between -devel and -proposed:
  ----
  python3-setuptools : 78.1.1-0.1 vs 78.1.1-0.1build1
  gcc-15: 15.2.0-12ubuntu1 vs 15.2.0-13ubuntu3 (only
  dh-python : identical
