I retried the arm64 build of libvirt-python and it succeeded.  After the
autopkgtests ran, libvirt-python/12.0.0-1 migrated.

Is there any reason to suspect that the libvirt-python binaries are
misbuilt in any way?

If not, I think we should wait a bit to see if the MR is accepted
upstream, and maybe it can be forwarded to Debian in parallel.  note the
spelling :)
