Dear Khalil Laleh,

thanks a lot for offering your help. I guess it will still take some 
time before your bug fix will be incorporated in the normal update, and 
I would be very happy to hear sound from the speakers before! Yes I 
suppose that with some help I could manage. I have Ubuntu 25.10 and 
kernel 6.17.0-12-generic.
