As for your settings, I can see a lot of extensions enabled which we don't support here. I can also see two incompatible dock extensions enabled simultaneously which will cause serious bugs. Please start by deleting all local extensions: cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/ rm -rf extensions and then log in again.
