s390-tools (2.41.0-0ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium
* Move usr/lib/dracut/dracut.conf.d/99-pkey.conf from s390-tools to
s390-tools-zkey in d/s390-tools-zkey.install since it includes:
install_items+=" chzcrypt lszcrypt zkey zkey-cryptsetup "
and add s390-tools-zkey [s390x] as recommends in d/control for s390-tools
and be more specific in d/s390-tools.install.s390x and install only
/usr/lib/dracut/modules.d/ instead /usr/lib/dracut/ to avoid
adding 99-pkey.conf twice (LP: #2143803).
* Update d/libekmfweb1.symbols.
* Extend d/s390-tools.lintian-overrides with another Rust false positive.
* Update d/watch file to v5.
