Certainly the stale button state is Electron's fault because it controls
that exclusively. Electron/Chromium should be able to keep the window
size and window buttons correlated with each other.
Whatever the trigger for the issue is, I wonder if it's really only
ubuntu-dock or if some other window management situation (or other
desktop environment) could also cause it.
