1. Applied rule: tainted-kernel — Request reporter reproduce without NVIDIA:
boot with modprobe.blacklist=nvidia,nvidia_modeset,nvidia_drm,nvidia_uvm and
test suspend. If suspend works without NVIDIA, this confirms the driver is
theculprit.
 2. Recommend reporter check if NVIDIA
580.x has a newer release that fixes return thunk compliance for kernel 7.0.
 3. If reporter cannot reproduce without NVIDIA, recommend filing against
nvidia-driver-580 package.
 4. If suspend also fails WITHOUT NVIDIA loaded, escalate as a kernel PM
regression.
 5. Guided by: default-kernel-bug — Keep on radar; the __jump_label_patch oops
path itself may warrant hardening even for non-conforming modules (graceful
error vs oops).
