Thanks. I understand that the logs I provided do not conclusively prove
that the crash was caused by the tiling extension.

However, during my investigation I found that the Ubuntu Tiling
Assistant extension was enabled but reported an ERROR state:

gnome-extensions info [[email protected]](mailto:tiling-
[email protected])

showed:

State: ERROR

The GNOME Shell journal extracted from the crash report also contained
messages such as:

* "Trying to re-add keybinding 'toggle-tiling-popup'"
* "Extension point conflict: there is already a status indicator for role
tiling-assistant@leleat-on-github"

and multiple stack traces referencing files from the Ubuntu Tiling
Assistant extension.

As a workaround, I disabled the extension:

gnome-extensions disable [[email protected]](mailto:tiling-
[email protected])

and re-enabled Mutter's native edge tiling:

gsettings set org.gnome.mutter edge-tiling true

After rebooting, the extension remained disabled and:

gsettings get org.gnome.mutter edge-tiling

returns: true

Since applying this workaround, GNOME Shell has not crashed again and
window snapping functionality continues to work through Mutter's built-
in edge tiling.

I cannot prove causation from the available logs, but there appears to
be a correlation between the extension error/conflict and the GNOME
Shell instability I was experiencing.

For me, it works as explained, but I'm providing info just in case is
helpful for fix some bug or help others. I can't provide any more file
because, as I said, my whoopsie is void, even with sudo, it not seems to
be a privileges thing, so can't see any ID.

About the /var/crash, I just have: _opt_google_chrome_chrome.1000.crash,
and _usr_bin_gnome-shell.1000.crash. No .update or more here.

Please let me know if there is any additional information I can collect
that would help determine whether this is a GNOME Shell/Mutter issue or
an Ubuntu Tiling Assistant extension issue.
