Public bug reported:

GNOME Shell crashes when moving windows between monitors in a multi-
display setup.

System:
- Ubuntu 26.04 LTS
- GNOME Shell 50.1 (Ubuntu build)
- Mutter 50.1
- Intel + NVIDIA hybrid graphics
- Wayland session

Issue:
GNOME Shell becomes unstable and crashes (SIGSEGV in g_hash_table_remove /
Mutter) when dragging windows (Chrome, etc.) between monitors or during window
snapping operations.

Previously installed extension:
- Ubuntu Tiling Assistant (version 54)
- Was ACTIVE during original crashes

Observed stack traces:
- libmutter-18.so
- libgjs
- moveHandler.js / tilingWindowManager.js
- "Trying to operate on an unmanaging window"
- "Extension point conflict: tiling-assistant@leleat-on-github"

Current state:
After disabling Tiling Assistant extension, system appears stable and no longer
crashes during window movement.

Reproducibility:
Previously reproducible 100% when dragging windows between monitors.
