Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

By default when the `dkms` package is freshly installed it will generate
a MOK and prompt the user for a MOK enrollment password. On the next
boot, shim should prompt you for that password and allow you to enroll
the key. If this goes to plan, the DKMS modules are signed and will be
able to load when Ubuntu boots under Secure Boot. If this enrollment is
aborted or otherwise fails, then you will run into the issue you're
seeing here.

If otherwise you'd like to use the pre-built and pre-signed kernel
modules instead of the DKMS package, you can install them via the
Additional Drivers UI, or use the ubuntu-drivers utility:

$ sudo ubuntu-drivers install nvidia:595-open

See this documentation page for more information:
https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/how-to/graphics/install-nvidia-drivers/.

If this doesn't resolve the issue or if you're seeing a bug still with
the enrollment flow, please answer these questions:

* Is this reproducible?
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?

This will help us to find and resolve the problem.

** Changed in: nvidia-graphics-drivers-595 (Ubuntu)
