In a fresh Noble container, I cannot see /var/log/sssd/sssd.log being
owned by sysadmin:adm.

root@sssd-noble:~# ls -la /var/log/sssd/sssd.log
-rw------- 1 root root 24632 Jul 1 14:48 /var/log/sssd/sssd.log

root@sssd-noble:~# apt-cache policy sssd
sssd:
  Installed: 2.9.4-1.1ubuntu6.5
  Candidate: 2.9.4-1.1ubuntu6.5
  Version table:
 *** 2.9.4-1.1ubuntu6.5 500

        500 http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-security/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     2.9.4-1.1ubuntu6 500

Is there something unique to your setup that creates the file with different
ownership? Maybe there is some misconfiguration somewhere that results in the
ownership differences here.

I'm setting this as incomplete for now, but feel free to add any other
extra information about your setup/configuration.
