That's *one* problem, and it needs addressing in dracut (bdrung has linked to the upstream bug in comment 7), but even if that *were* addressed we'd still need the settings tweak to permit the initramfs to be built on the lower-mem platforms like the Zero 2W and the 3A+ (with 512MB of RAM, zstd level 15 will simply never work).
